CAN I BUY A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
DO I HAVE TO BOOK THE WHOLE ROOM EXPERIENCE TO PARTICIPATE?
Not on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. You may book as few as 2 people in The Neighbors and 4 people in both The Silver City Bank Heist and Going Viral - The Zombie Apocalypse. (We ask that at least one adult be in each group if possible.) However, others will be allowed to book the remaining spots and join you during your time slot. On Monday through Wednesday, we only offer private bookings at our flat rate pricing. Note: It is not physically possible to complete The Silver City Bank Heist with less than 4 people. Due to the complexity of Going Viral, it also requires a minimum of 4 people in any given time slot.
If you are a group of 3 or less and you are wanting to add yourself to a group that has already booked The Silver City Bank Heist or Going Viral - The Zombie Apocalypse, please send us a text message at (208) 366-4695 and we will assist you with the booking since our system won’t allow you to do it.

AM I REALLY LOCKED IN THE ROOM?
Yes. But don’t worry, there are emergency exits in each room in case something goes wrong.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
Your friends, family members, co-workers and your thinking cap. No personal items are allowed to be used in the room including phones, tablets, etc. However, we do provide you with a secure storage space for your items in your room with you.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
The entire experience takes about 75 - 85 minutes. Show up 10 minutes prior to your scheduled Room Experience time, for a briefing with your Game Master and to choose a Team Name. Please make sure your team is on time as you will enter the room as a single group. The door locks at your reserved time and does not open until you ESCAPE or when the time limit is up. There will be a 5 minute debriefing and photo taken after the mission. (Please Note: All photos may be posted on Social Media websites.)
IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?
No. However, due to the complexity of the puzzles, we strongly suggest that parents/adults participate with their children. It’s a great way to bond with your kids in an “electronics free” environment. (When booking a Room Experience, at least one adult in the room is highly recommended.)
ARE WALK-INS WELCOME?
Possibly. All Room Experiences must be prescheduled and prepaid via our website booking system. If you stop in while we are open, one of our Game Masters will assist you in booking your Room Experience.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO A RESERVATION OR GET A REFUND?
There are no refunds but we would be happy to rebook you for a better time as long as you give us 48 hours notice.
